The Service collects the following information.

Purpose of Use
Collected information is used only for the following purposes.
- Providing, operating, and improving the Service
- User authentication and account management
- Payment processing and management for paid plans
- Sending important notices regarding the Service
- Preventing unauthorized use and security breaches
- Compiling usage statistics (in a non-personally identifiable format)
Article 3
Special Handling of Uploaded Images
We apply special protections to photos uploaded by users.
- Temporary processing only: Images are sent to the server solely for EXIF compositing and are immediately deleted after processing is complete
- Not stored: Neither the processed images nor the original images are stored on the server
- Not shared with third parties: Images are never sold, provided, or disclosed to any third party
- Not used for AI training: Uploaded images are never used as machine learning or AI training data
Note that branding logo images, template thumbnails, and profile icons are stored on the server as they are necessary for providing service features. These are deleted when the account is deleted.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
The operator will not provide collected personal information to third parties except in the following cases.
- When the user has given consent
- When disclosure is required by law
- When necessary to protect life or property

The Service uses the following third-party services, each subject to their own privacy policies.

- Account information: Until account deletion
- Usage logs: Up to 12 months
- Uploaded images (for EXIF compositing): Deleted immediately after processing
- Logo images, template thumbnails, and profile icons: Until account deletion

- Request correction or deletion of personal information
- Delete their account (via in-service settings or by contacting us)

Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we inadvertently collect data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it upon notification.

The Service implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect collected information, including HTTPS communication, password hashing, and regular security reviews. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

This Policy may be updated as necessary. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through an announcement on the Service or by email. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you are deemed to have agreed to the updated Policy.
